It’s been so lovely seeing my customers again, aside from all the PPE, continuous sanitising  and a few forms it feels like I’ve never been away! 
I was slightly apprehensive about returning to work but with all the  fab guidance from the Sports Therapy Organisation and the measures that myself and The Fitness Zone have put in place to protect us all,  it feels as safe as it could possibly be with regards to returning to treatments.  I’m gradually catching up with those of you who have been waiting and I’m looking forward to returning to @tillowbarnhealth

Our lives are busy - scheduling in time and getting out of the house to a class in person can be a struggle for many reasons, therefore my half an hour morning or evening classes live via zoom fit into your day a little easier.

If you'd join me in person I teach at Tadworth, Surrey on Monday evenings.
Whichever class you choose to join, you will tone your body, increase your flexibility and strength, relieve stress and improve your general health and well being. These are just to name a few benefits of yoga, other benefits include helping you sleep, reducing anxiety and lowering blood pressure!

GO! offers a weight loss service with our very own in house coach, Lona. Her program is unique and personalised to each individual. We offer a large range of classes for all abilities. Strength, hiit, running, walking, boxing and much more. Whether you want to lose weight, improve your fitness, learn about health and fitness or just make a new circle of friends we have something for you. Classes meet in Bell St carpark (Priory Park, Reigate) and Cheam gate carpark, Ewell Road (Nonsuch Park, Cheam). Great Outdoor Fitness is for anyone wanting to get fitter in a social, motivating class. Suitable for all levels of fitness. Meet in Priory Park, Bell St carpark and Nonsuch Park, Cheam gate carpark.

We offer a large range of classes for all abilities. Strength, hiit, running, walking, boxing and much more. Whether you want to lose weight, improve your fitness, learn about health and fitness or just make a new circle of friends we have something for you. Classes meet in Bell St carpark (Priory Park, Reigate) and Cheam gate carpark, Ewell Road (Nonsuch Park, Cheam). If you would like to give one of our classes a go then please do come along anytime you like. You can fill in a health form at the class and after a quick introduction you'll be good to go.
