We offer a large range of classes for all abilities. Strength, hiit, running, walking, boxing and much more. Whether you want to lose weight, improve your fitness, learn about health and fitness or just make a new circle of friends we have something for you. Classes meet in Bell St carpark (Priory Park, Reigate) and Cheam gate carpark, Ewell Road (Nonsuch Park, Cheam). Whatā€™s new?
Saturday morning sessions...8am Facebook live 30 minute hiit and 8.45am 1 hour zoom class. We are usually up Reigate Hill watching the sunrise at this time of year but thanks to technology we can carry on with classes. Great start to the weekend everyone who joined and always lovely to have good feedback about how the classes make you feelšŸ’ŖšŸ’Ŗ
