Boot Camps:
Boot Camps are a group exercise, usually held outside, for up to 10-12 people. The exercises use bodyweight, slam balls, battle ropes and kettle bells. The easy to use equipment is set out in 'stations' with two or three people at each station. Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of active recovery before moving on to the next station - a variation of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). On average, a class will last approximately 45 minutes.
Classes are currently held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Battlebride running track in Merstham at 12.30. The price is £5.00 per person for each class, payable on the day or £35 per month for unlimited classes. Please BOOK HERE before attending.
You will be given exercises to perform and can use either progression or regression as appropriate, making my classes suitable for men and women of all abilities.

One-to-One Personal Training Bespoke workouts created just for you either at your home, or outside space. After your initial assessment I will manage your fitness, I will provide the know-how, the equipment and the motivation. Together we will set realistic, achievable goals, chart your progress and workout with varied programmes avoiding plateaus. Together we will get results.
One-to-Two Personal Training Helping to spread the cost of your fitness, why not train with a friend. Your workouts will be designed with both of you in mind, using progression or regression of exercises where necessary.
12 Week Transformation Three, one hour, one-to-one sessions per week for 12 weeks. Yes it's intense, but nothing you can't handle. You will lose weight, you will get fitter, you will feel amazing. Call now to book 07721 60 33 30.
With both of the above you will receive additional support via email and text. You will be pushed, but never given more than you can cope with.
